The 3R Center Rhein-Neckar and members of TRR265, invites the preclinical research community to a hands-on 6R Workshop on November 19–20, 2026, hosted at the Central Institute of Mental Health (ZI) in Mannheim.

Building on the established 3R principles (Replacement, Reduction, Refinement), the workshop focuses on three complementary aspects of high-quality research: Robustness, Registration, and Reporting.

Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants will explore strategies to improve experimental design, preregistration, and transparent reporting. A particular emphasis will be placed on applying these principles directly to participants' own research projects.

The workshop will feature contributions from Dr. Natascha Drude (QUEST Center, Berlin), Dr. Céline Heinl (BfR, Berlin), and the 3R Center Rhein-Neckar.
