For the second time, the annual TRR265 retreat took place in the historic city of Weimar - an inspiring place for intensive scientific discussions and interdisciplinary exchange.
During the retreat, the individual projects of the Collaborative Research Centre were presented, their progress discussed and meaningful links created between the various sub-areas. In an open and productive atmosphere, not only was the previous collaboration strengthened, but the foundations were also laid for planning a further funding period.
In addition to the scientific programme, Weimar, with its unique culture and history, provided the perfect setting for city tours and personal discussions. The special ambience encouraged dialogue between the consortium partners on both a professional and private level - an all-round successful retreat that further strengthened the cohesion and vision of the TRR265.
