Central recruitment, imaging and biobanking
The project is responsible for recruitment and supports the baseline characterization of the central cohort of 1,050 people for projects A01-A04 and other projects. The project coordinates the neuropsychological testing, implementation and quality assurance of MRI Brain examinations (regarding anatomy, resting state and functional activation during inhibitory control), biobanking of blood samples as well as genome-wide genetic and epigenetic analyses. S01 is 15 projects of the CRC/TRR 265 pre-analyzed psychometric, MRI- and provide genetic data for integration into their specific analyses.
Project INF: Information infrastructure project
Research data management is a prerequisite for the reproducibility of research and for FAIRe data. The SFB/TRR will collect many different human and animal datasets in different laboratories and locations. For the large participant samples, recruitment and data analysis must be managed and data quality controlled. For collaborative work, a Virtual Research Environment (VRE) will be set up to collect, manage, describe, analyze, archive and exchange data with other researchers and with the scientific community (Open Data). The system will be developed in close cooperation with the researchers and will be based on existing methods and tools (e.g. from SFB 940 and SFB/TRR 205). Project management: Prof. Dr. Wolfgang E. S02: Infrastructure for mobile assessment in everyday life
A mobile infrastructure for longitudinal assessment (A01) with phases of high-frequency sampling (A04) will be developed and implemented. MovisensXS, as the central platform, enables the recording of electronic diary items, the tracking of smartphone usage and the coupling of other sensors for physical movement and heart rate variability. The encrypted transmission to secure servers takes place according to DSGVO. Compliance and phase change are calculated in real time. Hardware and software interfaces ensure the integration of additional apps (A02) and sensors (A03). Training measures and continuous support complement the work program. Projekt Z: Zentrale Administration des Collaborative Research Centre
The central administration project will provide the necessary infrastructure and project support for all CRC/TRR 265 projects and will process all administrative tasks that arise. In addition, the interaction between the project groups of the CRC/TRR 265 should be stimulated and the interaction with other scientists and the public should be promoted. The following measures are planned: a) Extensive measures to communicate the scientific results of the CRC/TRR 265 to the public and in particular to exchange information with organizations of patients and relatives; b) the development of a scientific interaction program (“summer school” and international conferences) for young scientists; c) a strong commitment to equal opportunities and a wide repertoire to promote them.
